Sukhada Global Education is an overseas education consultancy registered and operating from Mysuru, Karnataka, India. We provide guidance, counselling, and support services to Indian students seeking admission to medical and other professional universities abroad.

2. Scope of Services

Sukhada Global Education offers the following services to students and their families:

  • University and country selection counselling
  • MBBS abroad admission guidance
  • Document preparation and verification assistance
  • Apostille and attestation support
  • Document translation services
  • Student visa application assistance
  • Foreign exchange and travel arrangements
  • Scholarship and education loan guidance
  • Pre-departure orientation and briefing
  • On-ground support at destination countries

Our role is that of a facilitator and consultant. We do not directly admit students to universities, issue visas, or guarantee outcomes from third-party institutions or government bodies.

 

3. Eligibility to Use Our Services

Our services are available to:

  • Indian students who meet the eligibility criteria for MBBS or other professional programmes abroad as prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant regulatory bodies
  • Parents or guardians acting on behalf of eligible students
  • Any person above the age of 18 using this website for informational purposes

By submitting an application or enquiry through our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

 

4. Information Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the information published on our website — including university details, fee structures, eligibility criteria, NMC guidelines, and country-specific requirements — is accurate and up to date at the time of publication.

However, please note:

  • University fees, admission requirements, and regulatory guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Sukhada Global Education shall not be held liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of information published on this website without direct confirmation from our counsellors.
  • Students are advised to verify all critical information directly with the relevant university or regulatory authority before making any financial commitments.

 

5. Admission and Enrolment

  • Admission to any university abroad is subject to the university's own eligibility criteria, document verification, and acceptance process.
  • Sukhada Global Education does not guarantee admission to any specific university or country.
  • Any conditional admission letter issued by a university is subject to the submission and verification of original documents.
  • If a student fails to meet the university's requirements after a conditional admission has been issued, Sukhada Global Education shall not be held responsible for the resulting outcome.

 

6. Fees and Payments

  • Our service charges are communicated clearly during the counselling process and must be agreed upon in writing before any services are initiated.
  • University fees paid directly to partner institutions are governed by the respective university's own fee and refund policies.
  • Sukhada Global Education service fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of engagement.
  • All payments must be made through official channels — bank transfer, UPI, or other authorised methods. Cash payments, if accepted, will be supported by an official receipt.
  • Sukhada Global Education is not responsible for currency fluctuations, exchange rate differences, or bank charges that may affect the final amount remitted to universities abroad.

 

7. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility and terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement signed between the student/parent and Sukhada Global Education.
  • University tuition fees, hostel deposits, and other amounts paid directly to universities are subject to the refund policies of the respective institution. Sukhada Global Education will not be liable for non-refund of such amounts by universities.
  • In cases where a visa application is rejected for reasons beyond our control, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, subject to the terms of the service agreement.

 

8. Visa and Immigration

  • Sukhada Global Education assists students with the student visa application process but does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Visa decisions are made solely by the respective country's embassy or consulate, and we have no influence over their outcome.
  • Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for visa applications. Any misrepresentation of information may result in visa rejection, for which Sukhada Global Education shall not be held responsible.
  • Students must comply with the immigration laws and student visa conditions of the destination country throughout the duration of their studies.

 

9. Student Responsibilities

By engaging our services, the student and their parent or guardian agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information at all stages
  • Meet all deadlines communicated by our team for document submission and fee payment
  • Attend all required orientation sessions and pre-departure briefings
  • Comply with the rules, regulations, and code of conduct of the enrolled university
  • Adhere to the visa conditions and immigration laws of the destination country
  • Inform Sukhada Global Education promptly of any changes in personal circumstances that may affect the admission or visa process.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sukhada Global Education shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from the student's inability to secure admission or a visa
  • Any financial loss due to changes in university fee structures, exchange rates, or government regulations
  • Any disruption to studies caused by political, social, or natural events in the destination country
  • Any actions, decisions, or policies of third-party universities, embassies, government bodies, or banks
  • Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the service fees paid to us by the student for the specific service in question.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, page layouts, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Sukhada Global Education unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use for reference is permitted.

We reserve the right to terminate our services to any student who violates this code of conduct, without refund of service fees.
